Louise To completed her MLISc and MEd, as well as her BA in Ethnic Studies, at the University of Hawai`i at Mānoa. At NLM's User Engagement Program, Louise To is the editor and product owner of the NLM Technical Bulletin, and is part of the Training and Workforce Development team.
