Emerging Trends: Medical Data and Me Community Awareness Project

The project aims to increase the community's awareness of precision medicine. Over a three-year period, a series of informational programs will be implemented to introduce the fundamentals of precision medicine. The informational programs will discuss the connections between biology, health and lifestyle, the environment as well as, the collection and use of patients' health information on mobile devices. This proposal describes the initial program which will introduce precision medicine, with a focus on the use of mobile devices to capture and share patients' health data.
