The Professional Development Committee for the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the Medical Library Association would like to use this funding to support honorariums and travel expenses for continuing education instructors who will teach professional development classes as part of the MAC-MLA Annual Meeting.There will be four classes offered. Our top choices for class topics are a Systematic Reviews & building search strategies/ Scoping Reviews, bAdvanced Searching not Sys Rev/ Evidence Based Searching / Critical Appraisal, cLeadership & Management, dTeaching Strategies / Online Classes / Presentation Skills, and eMarketing/Branding/communicating Value.
