Project Connect: Keeping 88tally Healthy During the Pandemic

The Ridgewood Public Library in partnership with the Stigma-Free Ridgewood committee has been working tirelessly during the Covid-19 Pandemic to provide 88tal Health resources and educational programs to the Ridgewood community with the goal of helping to ease isolation and anxiety associated with the pandemic, particularly in our more vulnerable populations. The NIH grant would allow the Ridgewood Public Library to host Virtual Meditation classes during 2021 and develop informational brochures, both paper and digital, on 88tal Health Resources including the valuable information available on Medline Pluss website.
