The Newburgh Free Library will offer a series of Spring Into Health programs. Programs will include exercise and health topics that have previously been well received in the community, like yoga, tai chi, cooking classes, and dance classes. At each program our All of Us enrollment partner, Sun River Health, will have the opportunity to table and inform community members about the NIH All of Us research study and enroll participants. The program series will culminate in a Health Fair in April with various healthcare providers in the community.
