I plan to attend the Public Library Association 2026 Conference in Minneapolis to strengthen the health information services offered at Grapevine Public Library. The conference provides a valuable opportunity to study best practices in community health programming, accessibility, caregiving support, senior services, and wellness related outreach. The knowledge I gain will directly support ongoing work with our health kit backpacks and our health-related Library of Things items. My goal is to bring home models, strategies, and partnerships that will improve health literacy and community wellness in Grapevine and throughout Tarrant County.
