Subaward Project

PD Award Y5 B.Beeman

The CHW Conferences create a space to build relationships with other Community Health workers and preserve those relationships already made. This is motivating and allows us to become better connected across the state. The education that is awarded at the conference will allow me to bring back information that will benefit my organization.

The CHW conference has historically been useful. This Grant opportunity would allow myself to be present at the conference to continue building knowledge and skillset giving us access to additional peers and mentors.

This conference will provide CEU’s that are necessary to maintain our Certification as Community Health Workers. This certification allows us to maintain the position in our rural health system.
