Description of Award

The purpose of the NTO Professional Development Award is to support rural and small library staff in enhancing their ability to serve their communities with trustworthy health information. This professional development opportunity is designed to build capacity in delivering health information, increase community access to reliable resources, and foster library staff as local health information leaders.

This award is administered by the University of Utah with Federal funds from the National Library of Medicine, National Institutes of Health, Department of Health and Human Services, under Cooperative Agreement Number UG4LM013732 with the University of Utah.
