Featuring St. Mary's County Department of Aging & Human Services, this webinar provides insight from the Long-Term Memory Program and the Memory Kit Program that launched at St. Mary's County Library that supported cognitive function for older adults and individuals experiencing cognitive decline.

Speakers
Nicoletta Pollice, B.A., is the Community Programs & Outreach Manager for the St. Mary's County Department of Aging & Human Services. Through outreach initiatives, public information efforts, and signature events, Nicoletta helps strengthen connections between residents and services that enhance quality of life. In 2025, she led the development of the Memory Kits Program, creating a free, accessible resource designed to support cognitive well-being for individuals experiencing mild to moderate cognitive decline. Grounded in a commitment to community-centered solutions, Nicoletta works to ensure information, resources, and support are accessible to all residents, especially those who need them most. Nicoletta holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising, Public Relations and Strategic Communications from Pennsylvania State University.
Lori Jennings-Harris, B.A., M.A., is the Director for St. Mary's County Department of Aging & Human Services and has been since 2006. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Health Planning and Administration from Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Arts Degree in Sociology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Ms. Jennings-Harris has a published thesis titled Aging-In-Place: A Prospective Study of Alternative Coping Strategies of Older Persons and Caregivers When In-Home or Community-Based Assistance Becomes Unavailable. She has served as a board member for Community Action Partnership for Cambria County where she received the Paul Bennett Community Service Award for Outstanding Leadership and Dedicated Service. Ms. Jennings-Harris currently serves on the Community Health Advisory Committee, the Retried and Senior Volunteer Program Advisory Council, and more.
Brandy Tulley, B.S., M.S., is the Deputy Director for St. Mary's County Department of Aging & Human Services. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Recreation, Parks, and Tourism Services from West Virginia University and a Master of Science Degree in Recreation Resources with a concentration in Therapeutic Recreation from the University of North Carolina Greensboro. Ms.Tulley has implemented several nationally known programs in the St. Mary's County senior activity centers including, EnhanceFitness®, Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention®, the Aging Mastery Program®, StrongerMemory℠, and more. Ms. Tulley currently facilitates Making Connections: A Memory Café of St. Mary’s.
