NEOBHC Mpox Prevention Outreach Program Northeast Ohio Black Health Coalition The Northeast Ohio Black Health Coalition (NEOBHC) proposes a project to help protect unsuspecting sexual partners from potential infection due to mpox or other STDs. We will create QR code stickers for condom packages. Seniors Be Well at GRPL Trinity Health Saint Mary's Mercy Health Saint Mary’s Family Medicine Residency Program will partner with the Grand Rapids Public Library (GRPL) to provide a health literacy series for the seniors in our community, particularly our underserved senior populations. Smart Tablet Education for Healthy Living” (STEHL) project for older adults (SAG) Northern Illinois University School of Nursing The “smart tablet education for healthy living” (STEHL) project for older adults is being created to build upon a previous project that was recently funded by the NNLM and All of Us Research grant which was successfully completed (October 2022 to April 2023). The project “noticing older adults beyond tablets,” provided smart tablets (Samsung A7) to 20 older adults living in 2 retirement homes in the DeKalb area.
