Mental Health Resources Atlantic Public Library The county recently completed a community health needs assessment. Mental Health was identified as the top need by both area health service providers and the public. The Atlantic Public Library and Healthy Cass County will provide mental health resources equitably to all residents of Cass County by providing tablets for use at the library with reliable health resources, purchasing mental health related materials for all six Cass County libraries for circulation, and hosting four county-wide events that address mental health topics. Mental Health tools for NJ Health Connect New Jersey State Library Building upon the foundation and partnerships started with our statewide pandemic response program, NJ Health Connect @Your Library, New Jersey State Library (NJSL) will provide mental health trainings designed for library staff and a digital toolkit designed to be used both by library staff and patrons. Mobile Computer Lab at the East Haven Public Library Hagaman Memorial Library This project is to create a Mobile Computer Lab at Hagaman Library, with 10 public laptops and 2 staff laptops for program use. Providing access to these computers will allow the library to meet the needs of the community in new ways, offering basic computer classes on a number of topics and in a variety of spaces, both within our library building and at other locations throughout our community. Moby Bookmobile at Arapaho Indian Health Services (IHS) Moby Bookmobile Moby Bookmobile is continuing its outreach to the Wind River Indian Reservation community with this proposal, bringing book distribution to Arapaho’s Indian Health Service clinic. Being a convenient and often visited location, a rack of free books will be set in the IHS waiting area. Families can select and keep books for their homes, and staff at the clinic will have books in reserve to place on the racks each day.
